This client leave poor review because we don’t want to cooperate with him anymore. 1st, we didn’t sent wrong bag to him, we made the bag as per their design and size, and have confirmed with him to get his approval before mass production. Show him the production design proof, took picture and video of the bag to him before shipping. 2nd, we never cheat him, he force us to make the bag according to the impractical dimension. But the shape of the bag not allow us to make the bag with his dimension, if not, the shape will deform. We suggest to make the bag bigger so that we can makes the middle size that he wants, but he don’t agree, keep to ask us to follow his wrong size. He doesn’t listen to our suggestion and stick to his opinion. I believe that nobody want to reject any order if it is reasonable, but why we did it? He threaten us to refund the last order if we don’t make the bag according to his size, we face with huge risk to do business with him, so we stop to receive his new order
